The place for your conference
Academiehuis Grote Kerk is het grootste overdekte plein van de stad. Met deze functie zorgen wij ervoor dat u tal van mogelijkheden heeft om een congres tot 300 personen bij ons te organiseren.
Partial sessions in a special atmosphere
Where the plenary session takes place in the nave, a partial session will take place in one of five sub-rooms. The Dutch-Classical Consistory (up to 40 people) and the modern Style Room (up to 8 people) are two special rooms with lots of atmosphere. In addition, we are creating 3 separate sub-rooms in the square itself in the choirs: We transform the North Choir (up to 120 persons theater), the High Choir (up to 90 persons theater) and the South Choir (up to 70 persons theater) so that you can both enjoy the beautiful vaults and have a successful partial session.
Customized Congress
A good conference benefits from adequate sound and lighting technology. With our in-house suppliers, we ensure that your guests can hear and see everything. In addition, we work with the best caterers in the region who provide high quality catering for your lunch break, for example. We will gladly discuss with you how we can customize the location for you.
