You board a kogge yourself and are accompanied by Hanseatic sailors of yesteryear who accompany you on a journey through scenes from the rich Hanseatic past. How do I reach customer service and what are the opening hours?

Where can I find the Panorama Hanseatic and where and how do I get my maps?

Panorama Hanze can be found in the Academiehuis. Ticket sales take place online and at our venue.

Should I print my cards?

No, you don't have to. Our barcode scanners can also read from a screen. So you may also display your cards on a tablet or smartphone.

I am not very good with the computer and cell phone and would like my cards printed. Is that possible?

Yes, you can purchase tickets at the box office at Academiehuis Grote Kerk or at Schouwburg Odeon. Or have your already purchased tickets printed.

What should I do if I lose my cards?

You can show your tickets digitally (see the question"Do I have to print my tickets?") or create an account on My Zwolse theaters. Here you always have your most up-to-date information at hand. Among other things, you will find the e-tickets for your visit here. You can register here.

I can't come to the performance. Can I cancel my tickets?

‍Of course,it is possible to cancel tickets. A detailed explanation can be found here.

I am late for my time slot. Can I still get in or can I cancel my tickets?

‍PanoramaHanse works with a time slot. Once the performance has started it is no longer possible to join. We adhere to this. Are you unexpectedly late? You cannot return your tickets. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the performance.

What methods of payment are valid at Panorama Hanze?

At the box office, you can pay by PIN. On the website, you pay via iDEAL, Credit Card (additional cost), the or credit or gift card from the Zwolle theaters.

Senior or student discounts

Panorama Hanze charges two rates for admission. €12.50 for adults and €7.50 for children up to 12 years old. No discount passes apply.

The experience can be listened to in 3 languages: Dutch, English and German.

Hard of Hearing

In Panorama Hanze, we work with headphones for sound. You can determine the sound level here yourself.

Disabled

There is no elevator at Academiehuis Grote Kerk . If you have difficulty walking, you unfortunately cannot visit the second part of Panorama Hanze (the tower and the roof). The section on the first floor is wheelchair-friendly. For visitors who cannot visit the second floor, a discount code is available, please contact us.

Is there a disabled toilet available?

A disabled toilet is available at Academiehuis.

I am visually impaired/blind. Is Panorama Hanseatic also interesting to visit then?

Panorama Hanze is a very visual show. Depending on your visual impairment, you may still be interested in visiting us. Do you have any questions about this? Then please contact us.

Does the experience contain violent or flashy images?

This show includes strobe effects.

Safety
Is it safe to visit Panorama Hanseatic?

Climbing Academiehuis Grote Kerk meets all known safety requirements and has been carefully checked by the relevant authorities such as the fire department. In addition, guidance is always present on the scaffold. Nevertheless, the climb is always at your own risk.

Are backpacks allowed upstairs?

To ensure a safe climb, suitcases, large backpacks and umbrellas are not allowed to be taken upstairs. You can temporarily deposit these at your own risk with our staff at the front desk.

Is Panorama Hanze open during inclement weather?

In the event of extreme weather conditions, the organization may close Panorama Hanze for certain time slots, a part of the day or an entire day. We will inform you of this as early as possible. You can then reschedule your visit at another time. You may still be able to visit the experience on the first floor that day.

Three large parking garages are located near Academiehuis Grote Kerk :
Q-parkMaagjesbolwerk, parking deck Emmawijk and parking lot Burgemeester van Roijensingel.

Can I wait in church when I am early?

Sure you can.

From what age is Panorama Hanze suitable? And can I bring my younger children without payment?

PanoramaHanze is suitable for children ages 6 and up. Children up to age 5 have free admission. The show may have exciting elements due to a combination of images and sound.

Approximately how long does the program last?

Panorama Hanseatic takes, including climb to the top, about 45 minutes.

Are there restrooms available?

Yes, there are restrooms you can use. Please make sure you are at the entrance to the Panorama Hanseatic 5 minutes before your time slot starts. You cannot go to the restroom after the start.
